    Do You Provide Facilities For Infants?

    Yes we provide two high chairs and two travel cots for babies and infants - please let us know before your stay if these facilities are requiredAND if you require anything elkse - we cannot promise but we will try!

    Can I Checkin Early / Checkout late?

    Possibly By prior arrangement additional charges apply, agreements may be provisional until we confirm and may change depending on further bookings we receive. NB- For weddings you will get confirmed times that will not change

    What Mobilty Access is there?

    We are mobility friendly but NOT full disabled access – ground floor facilities; The hosue has ramped access, 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (both electric shower & WC)PLEASE LET US KNOW YOUR REQUIREMENTS

    What About Catering?

    Full self catering & eating facilities are provided sufficient for all your guests. A largeAmerican fridge and a massive chest freezers, a big country kitchen dining and breakfast facilities. Also an outside BBQ area with 2 largeBBQs.

    How about Linen & Toiletries?

    We provide clean bed linen towels and bathroom toiletries & linen for all your guests for your stay

    Your contracted checkin is 4pm on day pf arrival Yoru contracted checkout is 10am on morning of departure
